Program Details:

Health disparities continue to impact cancer patients with certain population groups experiencing disproportionately higher burden of cancer compared to others. Studies have explored several factors influencing this disparity including genetic markers, molecular assays, demographics, socio-economic factors and others. In this talk, the speakers presented their research using artificial intelligence and medical imaging to explore population specific differences in cancer characterization specifically in the context of oropharyngeal and breast cancers.
