Dr. Papay is a biomedical engineer and surgeon, double boarded in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in addition to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with subspecialty fellowship training in skull base and craniofacial surgery.
At the last session of 2019,Dr.Frank Papay,co-founder BrainX and BrainX Community;Chair,Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Institute,Cleveland Clinic, gave an engaging presentation on AI applications in perioperative patient clinical care.He shared his work in the area of using augmented and virtual reality for surgical procedures and how the data gathered from these can be used to improve surgical planning and precision.His talk focused which focused on how various new advanced technologies are being combined to leverage best information to the surgeon in the operating room and beyond.
