He has driven EHR modernization, AI initiatives, and interoperability programs, including SNOMED CT and FHIR. He previously served as Chile’s National Coordinator for Health Information Standards and is a recipient of the SNOMED International Award for Excellence.
Jaime de los Hoyos Moreno

Dr. de los Hoyos has worked in the field of Biomedical Informatics since 2008, in a variety of roles from academic to systems implementation in healthcare institutions, successfully leading large scale implementation projects. He's currently in charge of the Biomedical Informatics Department in Clínica Alemana de Santiago, leading its healthcare systems strategy.
